Shipping Zones & Delivery Timeframes
We proudly serve customers across Pakistan with varying delivery timeframes based on location:
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan)
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days after dispatch (where available)
Secondary Cities & Towns
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch
Remote & Rural Areas
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- Note: Some remote areas may require additional time due to courier accessibility. Our team will inform you of any extended timeframes during order confirmation.
Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.

Free Standard Shipping
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on:
- All orders over Rs. 7,500 (non-sale items)
- Orders are delivered via our trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, or M&P)
Paid Shipping
For orders under Rs. 7,500:
- Major Cities: Rs. 250
- Secondary Cities: Rs. 350
- Remote Areas: Rs. 450
Express Shipping (Major Cities Only)
- Flat Rate: Rs. 500 (regardless of order value)
- Available for: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Processing & Dispatch
We strive to process your order swiftly while ensuring quality:
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Saturday) are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day
- Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (Eid, Valentine’s Day, year-end holidays), processing may take up to 48-72 hours
- Custom Orders: Personalized or made-to-order items require 5-7 business days before dispatch
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase and a dispatch notification email with tracking details once your order ships.

- Vacuum Sealing: Large plush toys may be vacuum-sealed to optimize shipping efficiency and reduce costs. Simply remove from packaging and gently fluff to restore their soft, huggable shape within 24 hours
- Gift-Ready Presentation: Each item is wrapped in protective tissue and sealed with our signature Luvvies sticker
- Eco-Conscious Materials: We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible
Care Tip: For vacuum-sealed items, allow 24 hours at room temperature and gently massage to help restore full plushness.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to collect your order in person? We offer convenient store pickup at no additional cost:
How It Works
- Select “Store Pickup” at checkout
- Wait for our pickup confirmation email (typically within 24 hours)
- Visit our store with your order confirmation and valid ID
Pickup Details
- Location: Basement, House #117, Sector-A, Ghazikot Township, Mansehra.
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Closed Sundays)
- Collection Window: Orders must be collected within 7 days of confirmation email
- ID Requirement: Government-issued ID matching the order name must be presented
Delivery Process & Customer Responsibilities
What to Expect at Delivery
Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts at your provided address.
Upon Delivery, Please:
- Inspect Packaging: Check for any visible damage to the outer packaging before signing
- Report Damage Immediately: If the package appears damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and photograph the package before opening
- Verify Contents: Open and inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt
- Keep Packaging: Retain all original packaging for 7 days in case of returns or exchanges
Failed Delivery Attempts
If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful:
- The package will be returned to our warehouse
- You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
- Alternatively, you may request store pickup or a refund
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete delivery address with working contact number
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM)
- Respond to courier calls/SMS promptly
- Inspect orders upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours
Delayed or Missing Orders
We partner with Pakistan’s most reliable couriers, but occasional delays may occur due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Public holidays or unforeseen closures
- High order volumes during peak seasons
- Courier operational challenges
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
Our Commitment to You
- Proactive Communication: We monitor all shipments and will notify you immediately of any expected delays
- Flexible Solutions: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe by more than 3 business days, we offer:
- Continue waiting with updated delivery estimate
- Cancel and receive a full refund
- Replace with an alternative item of equal or greater value
If Your Order is Missing
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:
- Check with household members or building security
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@luvvies.pk
- We will immediately investigate with our courier partner
Resolution: We will replace or fully refund orders confirmed lost in transit.
Shipping Restrictions
To ensure successful delivery:
We Do NOT Ship To:
- PO Box addresses
- Cantonment or military base areas where courier access is restricted
We Require:
- Complete street address with house/building number
- Landmark reference (especially for residential areas)
- Working mobile phone number
- Alternative contact number (recommended)
International Shipping: Currently, Luvvies ships within Pakistan only. For international inquiries, please contact info@luvvies.pk
Address Changes & Verification
Before Dispatch
You may update your delivery address by:
- Logging into your account and editing order details
- Emailing info@luvvies.pk with your order number
- Calling our customer service team
Deadline: Address changes must be requested before 2:00 PM on business days. Changes requested after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
After Dispatch
Once your order has shipped:
- Contact our courier partner directly using your tracking number to request address changes (subject to courier policy and additional charges)
- Alternatively, allow delivery to original address and arrange re-shipment (additional charges apply)
Address Verification
For high-value orders (over Rs. 15,000), our team may contact you to verify delivery details before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
